Founder & Elixir Expert
With over 10 years of experience developing secure and scalable web applications, Norman started his career as a DevOps engineer, specializing in cloud infrastructure for 5 years. He then moved to backend development with Ruby on Rails before discovering Elixir.
Passionate about Elixir for the past 6 years, Norman has developed deep expertise including authentication and notification applications, a multi-currency payment system, and a live video platform capable of supporting up to 1 million concurrent users. His experience covers both building applications and migrating existing Ruby on Rails applications to Elixir.
Through this experience, Norman has realized that Elixir is THE solution for building applications with simple architecture while achieving massive scale with minimal resources. His expertise now allows him to guide companies through smooth and secure transitions to Elixir.
